Purchasing

Click on 'All Products' and everything can be accessed through the Section links or use the Links in the Products menus.

Browse the website and add your purchases to the shopping cart (this can be viewed at any point, by clicking on 'view cart').

Shipping and Postage

We aim to send out all items within 3 working days of the receipt of order. If we are out of stock of an item you will be notified of the estimated delivery time and offered an alternative if that is an option or the chance to cancel the order. All items are sent by Royal Mail.

We currently ship to the UK only but please do write to us at info@heathland-hebridean.co.uk.

The postage and packing rates for individual items will be displayed as you checkout but before youmake the final decision to buy. We always get and keep a proof of postage certificate for orders.

VAT

There is no VAT on the products at this time

Privacy Policy:

Heathland Hebridean will not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment (as in the case of ordering a knitted to order garment). In this case Marion’s Handknits will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy:

You have the right to cancel an order within seven days of purchase or with seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Should you wish to cancel your purchase within seven days, please contact us in writing.

Providing that unwanted goods are received back to us in unused, unopened and resalable condition within seven days of delivery we will refund the full payment of the goods. We cannot accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit; you are advised to package the goods carefully and to send by recorded delivery, registered post or by courier. Please remember to include your name, address and copy of the original receipt. The cost of returning goods will be borne by the customer.
